I am so happy I had Jill as my realtor. Late last year, I was determined to finally make the move to New Jersey from Los Angeles. I was looking for an East coast town with a solid community and great schools. After doing my research, I decided that Short Hills and Summit were good starting points. I didn’t know a single person in the state. Jill really helped guide me through the towns I was interested in and also suggested we look in Chatham (which is where we ended up buying and LOVE it!) Driving from house to house was like a little tour, as she would point out popular restaurants, shopping areas, churches, parks, community centers, schools etc. Her knowledge and familiarity of these towns is endless. As a first time home buyer I greatly appreciated her vast experience as a realtor, but also her preparedness. Every morning she would show up with new homes printed out with a fully planned day. She was mindful of keeping us on schedule as we went from home to home. Every appointment was made in advance. Her magical realtor abilities made me feel comfortable upon entering properties. She proved to be a great ally and leader when encountering other realtors on properties and would confidently represent our needs and wants when we felt questionable about a home. She took great interest in what we were looking for and narrowed down the search so adequately we found a home within a few days! Her guidance and negotiating skills are on point. Her expertise successfully guided us into putting in the right offer for our beautiful home! Coming into town as a total stranger she certainly welcomed my family with open arms. Jill is smart, resourceful, knowledgeable and a go getter. She is confident in her ability yet compassionate in meeting the needs of the client. She really cares about learning who you are, what you’re looking for and narrowing down the search so you can find your happy home!
